They should check how financially strong they are. If they are poor, allow them too. If they are stable, then they can't.

I'd rather a baby be aborted while it hasn't actually lived yet and can't be considered a proper human being then having a baby being adopted, living a shit life with a mother who doesn't want them etc.

If you're unable to support the child then why not? The argument could be made for adoption, but it's a very flawed system that seems to fail quite often.
