It'd be quite dangerous; if you don't fall and slip into some broken debris or glass shards, the likely hobo living in the destroyed fast food restaurant will probably finish the job.

It could be that it's because it's old and deserted, that no one wants to buy it.

Yeah dude, they just made the mall then deserted it the day construction was done and no one bought it. Makes 100% sense dude.

Sorry, but where did I imply that they the malls were both abandoned after "the day construction was done"? And if you look up the history on both malls, they did try selling them.
