Hack Community has experienced some server issues. It could even be a DDos attack. For more information, read the thread here.

Frooxius has written a very informative, in-depth yet easy to understand article on how processor, assembler and programming languages work. It is recommended that you give it a read.

The graphics group name contest is over. White Charisma's entry, "Visualizers" had the most votes (5) however, it was disqualified when he voted for his own entry. The entry with the second highest number of votes was "Graphic Alliance" (3 votes) by SoulSelector. Congratulations SoulSelector!

networkZombie PMed The 7th Sage about the GFX group but he is still waiting for a reply.

This week we have another great tutorial by barhoumti. The tutorial is about being anonymous on the internet and it is Hack Community exclusive! Find the tutorial here.

networkZombie insulted DeffoN in last week's news thread because of the quality issues in the 2nd edition of Hack Community news. Upon being insulted, DeffoN quit the news team. networkZombie realized that he was extremely rude and he made an apology thread. DeffoN has accepted the apology.

This week, a lot of members have been posting pictures of what they look like in real life. Most of these threads can be found in the Open Discussion section.

The official Hack Community IRC channel has been cancelled. In his thread in the Rules and Announcements section, Frooxius said that the IRC channel was cancelled "Due to very low activity and no interest of users for a few weeks of existence". Check out the thread by clicking here.

The 7th sage has created a page where a list of banned members can be found. However, the link is not working for some members and the reason is unknown. You can visit the link here and you can see the official announcement by The 7th Sage by clicking here

The 7th Sage has blocked some countries due to a heavy DDos attack. These countries include Albania, Algeria, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russian Federation and Singapore. You can read the official thread here.

Might I ask, why you include some people's tutorials, even though they're short or older events and still refuse to mention my article about workings of processor, despite me asking twice? :-( It's not about article itself, it's about the principle: if you're doing news, you should cover everything without bias.

And interview is missing again. I still think this is way too rushed and there should've been more preparation, because to me, it looks like something quickly made 20 minutes before publishing (and I actually sometimes do write quickly, except I'm getting paid for news-writing).

I dont remember you asking me to include it if you asked another member of the news team, they all left the news team. DeffoN left the news team and White Charisma who was the interviewer told me on msn today that he left HC. I also go through the new stuff everyday and add important stuff to a saved draft and i didnt find your article ): I even posted a thread in the open discussion last week asking members if they have anything that they want in the news (because we dont have any reporters anymore) and i barely got any replies. I will find and include your article dont worry...
