The U.K. Basically made houses easy to buy because we've got so many housing problems, so buying actual land to build a house comes with planning permission already completed, and the same goes for buying a house. Although it probably would take more than like a week, it's relatively easy if you've got the money and look into want to buy schemes etc

Why did you even start to say that in the UK it is easier if it takes a week when on this thread you need to do it in two days -_-

I could of like pre booked it. 'Oi m8 I'll be back to buy a house when I get bare money next week, prepare all the paperwork' I come back after a week on the day I get the money and viola. And this is all assuming you don't already have your eye on property atm

Honestly I would invest it in education as far as I could and the rest in developing a personal business.

It must be hard where you're from then (New Zealand right?) cause when I did work experience in a bank a woman who pre booked an appointment with all this paperwork and stuff came in with the owner of a newly built house. Like 6 hours later they came back out and she owned the house, although I think they still had to sort out some more stuff, but I didn't realise you could buy a house so casually, but you have to phone like real far ahead and prepare stuff, I'm pretty sure the woman must of prepared that for atleast a month

Yeah so it takes a month, sure she pre booked etc but it still took a month, Only took six hours to finalize everything and confirm all the paperwork. This thread is 400mil in two days, not know you can spend 400mil in two days months from this date.

Yeah New Zealand, Over priced asf unless you're in the poorer places. I mean one gallon of fuel is like 12 dollars here on an average.

Yea but I'm assuming that I know in advance that I'll get this money, so I plan everything out. And Jesus that's a lot for fuel, like in places like Dubai or Saudi Arabia petrol is like 50 cents a litre (this was a while back though)

Yeah idk why i said $12 lol it's$ 2-3 per litre so $6-9 per gallon? More if you use race gas. Only "cheap" gas we have is diesel but then you have to pay diesel kilometers.

Anyway i'm stuffed it's been a long day so i'm going to relax and fall asleep watching Acts of Valour! Have a good night mate Smile

You clearly have never bought a house.

No, and I don't pretend to know anything about it. But there are a lot of corrupt people in this world, especially in America, so money can speed up the process. If you buy a house for 1 million, you could give the owner an extra million to just sell it right now, or give the bank or whoever does the deal shit a few million to look the other way. Like I said, I don't pretend to know anything about buying a house, but I do know of the corruption in this world, and the things money can buy.

P.S. I like you. You make things and discussions interesting. Smile
