3rd Year Approaching, Resolutions and Suggestions

So, for those of you that didn't know, Sinisterly started August 18th in 2012. Our second year of operation is about to come to a close with the start of our third. I wanted to ask people, where would you like us to be, and what improvements would you like to see before then? I'm looking to get Sinisterly off on a great track before its second birthday. I'll make a checklist of resolutions and suggestions people give, then see how many I can make happen.

Resolutions
[ ] 250,000 posts across the forum

Suggestions
[ ] New theme

Personally, I'd like to roll out a new theme, and have the forum standing at at least 250,000 posts.

The post one is good; and a new theme would be nice ^^ Another nice goal would be something with member count; but that goes with posts...

Member count won't show anything, as I tend to prune inactive accounts without posts.

Hmm. what kind of a theme were you planning, I know @"Duubz", @"Koala" and I would all be glad to help.

Anyway, we could strive for around the clock activity on the IRC?
Also, if @"Happiness"'s DJing thing is successful enough maybe a radio for SL (like we had for Anarchy Forums, which unfortunately went inactive.)

I could make the theme responsive for you, if you don't want a complete redesign and want to break into the 21st century.

I have a thing for "fullscreen" themes, say what you will.
