Absolutely, don't settle, you can have friends, but there's a big difference in finding the "one", but listen, life changes and that may not last forever, enjoy the good times. Get the bad times over with, that will drag like a ton of weight. No fun. Nothing is perfect.

^ Speaking from experience, of which I'm proud to say you've won a very arduous battle that many people would have well and truly ended up losing.

Not at the moment cos (a) I like my freedom [don't need to explain myself/ find myself in ultimatums] and (b) I wouldn't pay much attention to the relationship and therefore will end up in square one, alone. But relationships are great; It's a feeling like no other.
