[Challenge] Break repeated-key XOR. 10-02-2013, 01:09 PM

I don't want you to use any tools already created (such as xortool) to solve this; I want you to write code to determine the key-length, analyse the key-length sized blocks and finally reverse it to plaintext. I don't expect your code to be able to analyse the blocks to the point where it's able to determine the key and utilise it to decrypt the ciphertext; manually analysing it given the output and hard-coding the reversion is sufficient.
This isn't difficult, but it will take some time to write efficient and reusable code. Good luck.
I'll post my solution after some people have solved it. If no one solves it anytime soon, I will release my solution, so you may learn from it.
