Luckily there are enough police to take of both of these two situations seamlessly. Leaving charlie the decision to take the armored truck outside of the chase bank within the district. He takes it! Charlie grabs passenger with a rope across the neck and heads to the driver who has dispatched "Open container". Clock starts! Charlie gets the back open which is holding an unlikely hero. After the third member of our party has givin' up for his buddy the 3 are tied up and the truck is taken/hidden within blocks. After the ONE gps device is found, well, Christmas.
