If anything ill probably end up adding a domain through cpanel and not protect it with CF. Then just have the upload process go through there

That's actually a very clever thought.

The main domain will be protected by CF, and unless someone scans your site for subdomains etc, the secondary domain accepting the uploads will not be known.

I didn't think it would but now looking into the addon domain i do see that it does require a subdomain. Welp back to thinking :L
