I suppose it depends on what he was in for. Though, if it was legit and he really had access to a phone and SL, I'd suspect it wouldn't be for anything that serious... so you're probably right xD

I find this a little hard to believe. Not so much the phone smuggling, but the fact they conveniently have access to so much without being seen? If this is the case, prisons are seriously lacking staff.

Wouldn't be the first time someone smuggled a phone in their butt.
