..but i am in confusion that is that really a software problem or they replace the card... because the guy who repaired it didnt tell me properly,t maybe trying to hide there reputation...so that asus name should not be come in faulty thing...like customer review..haha..but it okay i got my laptop in proper way and no damage seen ..

What did he specifically tell you about the Issue?

Surely he must've given some Indication of how he fixed It.
