Few things

1. C is not a high-level language, it is the lowest level above Assembly.

2. Java is not compiled, one might argue that the JIT in the JVM is technically compilation but it undergoes a much different process.

3. HTML and CSS are not programming languages, they're markup languages like (La)TeX

4. 'PHP is not a proper web standard - but an open-source technology. PHP is neither real programming language - but PHP lets you use so-called scripting in your documents.' It can actually be used for many regular desktop programs and most things that Perl can do, look into CLI PHP and PHP-GTK.

I understand that you didn't write this, and it's still a nice tutorial but you could make some edits to improve upon it.
