as you can read this post same guy  and same laptop and same problem .. he also faced .... its look asus is not doing well ..... i would go for acer ....

Nothing personal to yourself, but I'll never touch another ASUS product again.

I've had so many laptops lose functionality over the years, hence I've opted for Acer and It's the best decision I've made.

my old laptop run so great , but now days laptop like use for 10 days and start showing there badness level .... my only mistake is that i go for online....... i already have 2 laptop never face any issue ... still running like hero ...and i buy these laptop offline only .... now look the diffrence in online and offline.

What are the manufacturers of your other laptops?

Ever since I've opted for Acer, I haven't experienced any significant Issues.
