My first session was enough to get me on board, but cost is a factor. You mostly pay for the user experience because I could find independent videos or tracks that work as well they just lack the ease of access and the infinite looping. 5 free sessions are nice and lets you get a feel for it, but it easily has free alternatives.

There's (predominantly) a free alternative for a given service/software, but I find that many lack the features of their paid counterpart- to some degree. That said, I have come across equivalents which are just as good, If not better.
