Generally things like this aren't the best to add this early on, as they mess up the distribution of AP. I am a capitalist by definition, so don't get me wrong - lotteries and perks like this are awesome. The issue adding these features this early on would make the site less appealing to new users. If anything, it be more beneficial to the site if we were to offer new users an increase in AP.
