Since reputation isn't a priority issue, it may have been dismissed. Forgive me, I didn't see the report myself. However, upon reading this thread and investigating the user in question (ultimately resulting in a ban for incessant spam among other things), I also removed the rep. If you check your reputation, you should no longer see it there.

In a case like this, feel free to PM a staff member. Reports are more useful for spam/illegal content flagging.
