If you used the "clean all" command, every sector on the disk will be overwritten, hence zero chance of recovery.
Tbh I dont even know what one I typed. Ive already accepted the loss, I only loss programs and those are re-downloadable so ive accepted it at this point
I understand your position.
Do perform regular/Incremental backups on multiple external drives- and not just the one. I've had countless SSDs and USB sticks crash to the point of losing functionality. Thankfully, I had my data (and still do) backed up on three external devices.
