The first one is episode one when nezuko attack tanjiro then she cried and giyu running to reach them with the music of background(nezuko theme song), For me, this scene is so emotional. Mostly because of the song! recently I've seen this scene, again and again, I'm not fed up with it.

the second one is episode 19 at the end when tanjiro power woken up, and he becomes hinokami

the third one is episode 5 when demon hands killed by tanjiro after that tanjiro see sabito and makomo ghosts and again another perfect song start to playing

episode 5 Archer and Lancer fight, I get goosebumps every time archer says I am the bone of my sword!

episode 12 when Archer and Toosaka Talking with each other and then Archer disappears!
