As you've most likely heard a thousand times already: "The tool doesn't make the hacker, the hacker makes the tool".

The hacking community being one of its best tools. hackers can share content to help others. Some people are sometimes asking whos the best hacker. It can only be an opinion, some hackers might be more experienced in server hacking more than others, but i think that the best hackers are the people behind new technologies. Hackers doesnt have to be bad, thry can help creating/updating things to make the result more efficient. I consider the best hackers the people behind the technology everyone uses everyday, touchscreens & smart devices are made by extremely smart people who knows a lot about science. This is probably why some technologies require special material, such as gold. Scientist are like life hackers lol
