Wait a little while before shooting off another email.

i've sent it like a week after i originally published the theme on stylish's website, never got a response back (big sad lol)

Email them a friendly reminder, and perhaps offer to negotiate the cost.

Most likely they're not Interested In changing their current theme, but you've got nothing to lose by shooting off a few more emails.
