If you aren't located in the U.S, medication commercials are a completely American phenomenon. No other country airs med commercials on their channels.

As for the medication, go with something safe and non-addictive. Some drugs can work miracles for people. Drugs are out there for a reason. But others are old and have much safer alternatives. For example, benzodiazepines. They can help, but they're very addictive. Once you're addicted to them, the withdrawal effects can be devastating. Some say worse than heroin.

I'm definitely not an expert. It's good idea to talk to your psychologist or doctor for medication first. And if you're beginning to think they're necessary, go for it.

I agree with these comments. Also, don't be afraid to ask your doctor questions. It's more than reasonable to question addiction, or side effects. They should guide you through.

yeah im really worried about the side-effects some meds can have, i don't want to take any risks before taking any
