It's good that you haven't been diagnosed with a depressive nor an anxiety disorder. That said, both conditions can be effectively treated with the right prescription medication.
I'm a lot older than yourself, and have been there and done that with life's ups and downs. I've applied myself to block all negativity, thus only focus on what I want to experience. Essentially, I've cut ties with problematic people and basically any entity that presents Itself In a pessimistic manner.
This may sound like the cliche of "easier said than done" but believe me, when you apply yourself, It's "easier done than said". You just simply need to change your way of thinking.
