I ususally listen to music (normally lo-fi or chill trap, i don't really listen to anything else other than those 2 even though i like other genres), i clean my room then i just take a warm bath and then start studying, this allows me to forget about the daily essentials that had to be done, it also allows me to focus more on my revision.
While revising, you should take a break of 5/10 minutes every 30 minutes or even 1 hour, this allows me to just calm down a bit, get some water, some food etc...
I think you should revise for about 1/2hours every 2 days, that helps me to working my attention spent on my work and just to learn new things or relearn things.
I especially revise maths and geography, so here's some links
Universal Revision (basically revise anything): SenecaLearning
Maths: Coolgeography (UK)
Geography: Corbettmaths
