Not that I navigate often on this board via my cell phone, but the times that I do, I've yet to experience Issues. In answer to the OP's concern, simply use a given browser In Its default state- without plugins/add-ons/extensions, nor any configurations or personalized settings applied. Unless there's a latency Issue with the ISPs connectivity, the Icons should load fine.
