In what type of environment do you perform your studies?

In a room obviously  , well my bedroom, there are no tv's, etc, just me and my mac

Evidently In a room, but I'm trying to Identify whether It contains anything that may trigger distractions.

Based on your reply, you're left on your own In a serene environment so "distraction" Is not the Issue, but rather your Incapacity to "remain focused". Prior to studying, be sure there are no tasks (other than school work) that you need to attend to. That Is, apply yourself with a clear mind.
