In my opinion Yandex image search is better than tineye (and even better than Google sometimes).
To be on topic: if this guy is in prison I see 2 possible scenarios:
If he is there for a short period of time, for minor offences, then he is quite stupid, during this period of time to continue to do illegal stuff. Way too risky. So why someone will want to become the partner of such idiot guy?
The only situation on which the scenario can be real is if he will stay in prison for the next 10+ years, so even if he is caught doing other illegal stuff, some years/months added won´t mind him. But who will want to be a partner with someone who did serious crimes?
