Yeah bro, it's giving the same error even in Sandboxie. I'm running v. 4.0 though. Here's what I did, I entered Apple then selected iPhone 4s option. I even selected different devices, like Motorola>motorola xoom , google>google nexus 7 8 gb etc. but it still crashes as soon as I click the check mark next to it. It only displays serial number, not IMEI, etc. Also, for AstroProof, it doesn't detect the Newegg link and doesn't pull any information. PS: I see that your AstroPID 4.0 looks different than mine. Look in the title bar, yours doesn't have the hash marks at the beginning and the end but mine does. Could it be that you're using a different version?
