Bear In mind you are providing your personal details to these services. Be sure to check their terms, Inclusive of the authenticity of the site Itself. Personally, I don't disclose my details to any online entity of this nature, but that's just me.
A few of those sites have horrible grammar and spelling mistakes so egregious I'd never trust them to write a resume for me.
There's no service that will fulfill the needs of clients, 100%.
You can always use them as a platform to complete your resume, and correct any Inconsistencies (If any) thereafter.
