You've made It quite clear that the OP "will receive" the Item, but not In a timely nor specific manner. I will keep an eye on this for further developments.

I gave the user a specific time he will receive his new laptops but he refused. Facebook gave him an exact date and time but he refused. I hate having to step in but OP added me into this.

nobody refused, he said wait by july 26, so i am doubtfully waiting for it.
