I'm not a lawyer, though I do have some experience. My general aim is to allow any discussion, so long as it doesn't harm others or cause us legal trouble. Certain things like fraud or selling stolen items aren't up for discussion.

The act of torrenting? Not at all. It's just a way to share files. Many games/software are available via torrents legally. Whether someone is committing copyright infringement and whether we can be blamed for it is a separate matter.

I'm assuming you mean discussion of bruteforce techniques. Such information can be used to help or harm others. The intent of the reader is something I have no control over.
