The act of torrenting? Not at all. It's just a way to share files. Many games/software are available via torrents legally. Whether someone is committing copyright infringement and whether we can be blamed for it is a separate matter.

Does this make account cracking against the rules? It's not social engineering but I'm not sure if you'd consider it identity fraud.

I'm assuming you mean discussion of bruteforce techniques. Such information can be used to help or harm others. The intent of the reader is something I have no control over.
