I'm pretty sure this is an advertisement but anyways. I improved significantly by using cracked Grammarly accounts and using a free website like: http://www.citethisforme.com/ which generates references on the fly.

Yeah definitely an advert but Grammarly is great just in general. I use it for everything really - I dont do any SE any more, but when I did it was great for looking more professional.

When you're speaking with a rep, always look like a businessman. I don't think they would reply to an email like this "just droped meh new graphics card pls send replace k thx" but rather this "Hi there, so the other day I ended up accidentally dropping my new 2080 Ti on the floor, and it's no longer functioning.".
