I more so just think there needs to be a sub-forum in order to separate the tutorials and methods away from the general questions and concerns

I actually like the Idea of a tutorials sub-forum, solely dedicated to that alone.

I believe It will minimize questions and concerns, that are generated on a daily basis.

Me too.  That would be easier to separate as well from mod's perspective.

Given the magnitude of threads, It will be a lengthy process to accurately Identify each one, and determine It's suitability to the respective forum.
