I go in to see the prosecutor on Monday.  I'm very nervous and hopeful I won't have to request a court date :/ No news on the person's injury claims.

Went a bit better than expected I think?  They reduced it to a minor offense and dropped demerit points from 6 to 2

That's good to read, Inclusive of your demerit points.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe you get 12 demerit points every 3 years.
