A hacker also excels In the security sector of IT. If you know how to Identify and exploit vulnerabilities, you'd know how to patch them.

In my view, a proficient cyber security analyst must have some sort of background In the hacking scene, with years of first-hand experience In exploiting via a broad range of attack vectors. That Is, an ex-hacker/blackhat.
