No I wouldn't - I mean think about it logically. If you're in prison under any offence your name is kind of removed from certain opportunities. So if you're thinking of spending that money you're under a restriction even outside of jail (I suppose it depends what crime you'd be in for though)

Plus a million would be too much to handle, you'd go crazy thinking about the money.
