You can run a "single" VM, with only 4GB of Ram on the Host (physical) machine.

When running simultaneous VMs, that's when the availability of physical Ram Is crucial.

I was a bit iffy considering, running my rat within the VM and, how much memory usage it takes up.

Allocate more when creating your VM.

8GB of Ram on the Host machine, Is more than enough to run a RAT and also simultaneous tasks within the VM.
