As with all tools of this nature, I strongly suggest executing In a controlled environment- VM, Sandboxie, Deep Freeze and the like.

xD  Idont know how to use a VM or sandbox ETC

Sandboxie Is the same as Installing any other application. Once that's done, you simply open a tool In that environment.
