First if you go to a psychiatrist and tell him you're a mechanic, he'll tell you to get under the couch.
What you say is normal and happens to everybody, its like saying they are bored, but you have different level to that.
I suggest making life decisions, finding your love, travel the world, go out to drives to the countryside.
What you seem to indicating is stress of current circumstances, and you want to change that? Go ahead.
Nobody wants to die, its a small life anyway, make the most of it, and appreciate the memories when you look back, thats why avoid any such risk. Everybody becomes one with the sand of the earth. I don't know if you believe in God, but thats where i'd start perhaps.
