Cancel your card and (obviously) apply for a new one, with a different card number.

In terms of your email account, either filter Incoming messages or open a new account. You'd want to sort this out asap, and not go through the process of police Intervention who'll most likely not do anything about It. They (police) have more Important things to do, than sorting out a complaint.
