I had to delete the ips then it connected to the license servers, the key was blacklisted though.

Okay, now It makes sense.

Removing the entries from the Hosts file, Is what I recommended In one of my prior posts.

If you've added the IP entries (0.0.0.0) In the Hosts file, remove It and see If It can communicate with the server. If all goes well, add It again thereafter.

I've yet to try these, but give them a shot and see how you go:
