I have tried and retried to get this work.  On a Widows machine, latest.  When I run the file ac3d8080.exe it come up with "This app can't run on your PC"
If I try to open, read the txt file, it says theat Windows cannot coplete the extraction and that the destination could not be created.
So, I am open for suggestions here.

I assume you're running Windows 10.

What architecture Is It, x86 or 64 bit? What extraction software are you using? Does It work on previous Windows versions and/or different systems? Also, try running It In another directory.
