what actually triggered the suspension of your account?

I don't know which rule was broken.
I created other account to contact them and that's what I got.

That's totally unacceptable and very unprofessional.

To prevent further Issues, you'd need to know exactly what you've violated. Can you generate a ticket and request the reason?

I need account to generate ticket,and it was second account which was blocked too.
I've contacted them via twitter and waiting for their answer.
