I wouldn't advice being drunk and on your phone. Someone I know called up a certain someone while drunk and told him she loved him when in reality it was the drink talking. It was awkward as hell for me as I was the mutual friend. I told him to leave her be she doesn't have real feelings whatever she said was because she was drunk. Fast forward my advice still stands, and had it been followed I wouldn't have to have seen heartbreak.
