It's pretty nice. However, there isn't really much 'special' about it, it looks like every modern website does. Some people like that, but it makes for less-interesting designs, and people are more likely to read something that looks different from the other stuff. Try experimenting a bit; it can still be the same flat style, but maybe with some less common aspects (for thread designs).

Not sure if it's worth-it to switch, but +1 for Dribbble, it's a nice site.

That's the problem though. If you say "I don't know what it is" its not an effective ad. Interesting doesn't always make a good ad. One that can be read is more effective.
