You're similar to my work friends- they're up at 6:00am each and every day. It's their habitual body clock that triggers their awakening.
Yup. I woke up at 7am naturally after going to bed at 3:30am. Though that's later than I'd get up during the week, I almost "can't" stay asleep. However, I'm in a temp summer role earning time and a half or double pay for overtime, so I might as well. I'll go back to a normal sleeping schedule once it's over. I definitely wouldn't want to work like this in future.
Dayum. I go to bed at 3AM in the morning and wake up around 11:30 but, 7AM in the morning is worse. I fell sorry for ya.
I'm not too bothered. I should be able to catch up on sleep tonight. Just hate waking at 5:30am TT_TT My shift doesn't even start till 8am and I don't get back home until 6pm. gone for 12 hours, paid for 8. TT_TT
