could you advise me to where to best host images to upload ,i think i cant upload a mage directly right ?  or infact how to upload the virustotal results coz its like 67 lines like two pages or something so do i like screen shot it or something else ?

In my experience, Imgur Is the most reliable In terms of uptime. My current signature was uploaded to Imgur since my registration date on this board, and I've yet to replace the link.
