There's no right or wrong, but In my views, that's an overkill.

Mild ADD and serious OCD leave me coding for well beyond my probable worth at it, but I can't help it. I think half an hour has passed by and it turns out I've been at the keyboard for 8 hours.
Just cannot help it...
