Modders on GTA have always had an excellent (and sometimes cruel) sense of humor. Recent GTA titles have been released with 4-5 years in between, so it will likely be arriving at some point. That being said, the scale of the games seems to get more and more impressive as time passes. It might not be until 2020 that GTA VI comes.
