No, but it's a way to get started You have to practice in order to gain skill and these ebooks are here to help someone getting started. After you read all of those, you might still not be a "master persuader", but if you are so smart, define "master persuader". When is someone becoming a "master persuader"? Highly doubt you or anyone can answer that question.
