Its currently my favorite.

I really like those both. I'm a big fan of city backgrounds like those and quirky angles.

For me, a wallpaper has to have a certain... quality. I cant really describe what that quality is, just that I know it when I see it.

I feel similarly. Though I went to get a degree in art so I could learn to describe LOL.
